Acorn, Simple Image Editing
A new Mac OS X application called Acorn has been released by Flying Meat. Gus describes Acorn as:
Acorn is a new image editor built with one goal in mind - simplicity. Fast, easy, and fluid, Acorn provides the options you’ll need without any overhead. Acorn feels right, and won’t drain your bank account.
The market for a slim, sleek, Mac-like image editor is ripe and from some early testing I’m excited to see what Gus is up to. At 1.0 it undoubtedly has room to grow but if give it a chance it can handle a good deal of your image editing needs.
Acorn 1.0 is available for limited time at an introductory price of $39.95.
